Sean 'Diddy' Combs Faces Over 100 New Allegations of Assault
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, the famous rapper and music producer, is at the center of a legal storm with over 100 new accusations of sexual assault, rape, and exploitation. These allegations span decades, from 1991 to this year, and some victims were reportedly minors as young as nine years old, according to Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee.
Buzbee, who is spearheading the lawsuits, revealed that out of the 120 individuals he represents, 25 were minors when the alleged abuse occurred. He claims that the incidents took place at parties and events hosted by Combs, including album release parties and industry auditions, often at luxurious venues and private locations. Many of the victims were reportedly lured with promises of fame and career opportunities in the music industry.
Combs, however, firmly denies all accusations. His attorney, Erica Wolff, called the claims “false and defamatory,” adding that the rapper intends to clear his name in court.
The allegations against Combs include claims of drugging victims’ drinks and sexual exploitation at parties in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami. Many of the victims allege they were sexually assaulted after being invited to exclusive events hosted by the music mogul. In one case, a man, who was only nine years old at the time, alleges he was abused while trying to land a record deal. Another incident involves a 15-year-old girl who claims she was flown to New York for a party where she was raped by Combs and others.
Buzbee stated that this lawsuit will not be a class action, but rather individual cases will be filed for each victim. The AVA law group, which is working alongside Buzbee, revealed that they’ve received thousands of calls from individuals making similar accusations.
Despite the mounting legal pressure, Combs maintains his innocence, and his legal team has vowed to fight these claims in court, where they expect to prove his innocence.
This marks the first time allegations have surfaced that involve Combs allegedly abusing minors, casting a dark shadow over his career and influence in the entertainment world.
